The certified solution to install an auxiliary 2.5 Amps power outlet in the cockpit

Swiss Helicopter Engineering has developed and certified in cooperation with Swiss Helicopter Maintenance (www.shm-ag.ch) a power outlet system in the cockpit. The system allows the flight crew to power any portable electronic device with 28 VDC up to 2.5 Amps. The outlet is located on the left side of the instrument panel.
